Title of goods remains with Precision Metal Processing 2005 Inc. until the invoice is paid in full.

Terms are Net 30 unless otherwise noted. Interest accrues on overdue accounts at 1.5% per month, compounded monthly.

A 25% restocking charge applies for all Returned Goods.

All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

All returned goods must be pre-authorized by Precision Metal 2005 Inc.'s Q.A.'s final inspection.

Goods which have been altered from original condition by the buyer or his his/her order are not returnable.
